‘ I’m a mum to two beautiful children, my son aged 2½ and my daughter 4 months. About 6 weeks after the birth of my daughter I had about 3kg left before returning to pre-baby weight. Then all of a sudden, to my shock I weighed more than when I was 9 months pregnant with her!
I was hungry ALL the time, and as hard as I tried to resist eating those chocolate bars, they were quick and easy to grab and gave me energy, fast. The exercise is manageable because it is split throughout the day.
I put the kids in the pram and go for a walk almost every day (rain, hail or shine) and I try to do the toning exercises morning and night. At first I was trying to fit the toning exercises in around the kids, and then I realised that they were simple enough to do with my son. He has become my training buddy, attempting to do them alongside me (or climbing all over me to add some ‘resistance’).
At the three week mark I have lost 4.6kg, 3cm from bust, 4 from waist, 6 from hips and 3 from thighs. My next weigh in is on Monday and I can’t wait to see the results! I’m halfway to my goal weight, and I know that Lose Baby Weight will get me there.
