Rachel Hall’s Weight Loss Update

Well ladies… IT’S OFFICAL I have lost 20.1kg!!! And I owe it all 100% completely to the Lose baby weight team and Lose Baby Weight Plans , and their amazing health and weight loss products! I cannot believe how far I can come since starting this program and since becoming a motivating mum for November.
I feel incredibly blessed to have found a weight loss program that has worked so well for me.
As for my healthy eating and exercise habits, I am still eating from the 28 day diet and exercise plan almost nightly, and having my two healthy mummy smoothies during the day and still after this long loving it, and finding it incredibly easy to stick to as there is still so much variety usually by now with other diets I would get bored and go back to my old ways, but I have really found with this weight loss program it is defiantly more a lifestyle change than a diet.
As for exercise, I am still walking daily, and doing my “at home” workout consisting of squats, ab curls,lunges and I also try to do the “lose baby weight DVD” at least 2-3 times a week.
I am honored to be back as a Motivating Mum for the month of December and cannot wait to begin another month and see my weight loss results at the end of it.
