Hello Lose Baby Weight ladies!
This is my first official weight loss blog since getting myself back on track. I found over a period of time filled with a lot of stress I let my bad habits get the better of me but I am so incredibly happy and proud that I have managed to get myself back on track and that I have lost 35kg on the Lose Baby Weight plans.

I have noticed a few big numbers since re focusing myself which has helped incredibly with my motivation and I am so thankful for that.

I have decided to weigh myself at the end of the month so I can go back to basics and focus purely on the healthy lifestyle side of it and not so much how much I have lost each week and letting the number on the scale be the decider of whether or not Iv had a good week.

I am also deciding to not to eat meat for a month (or two weeks minimum lol). I am excited to explore some new weight loss recipes and to see what effect that has on my weight / my health and over all just how I feel in general. Will update in my next blog on how I have gone.
