Heather’s Smoothie

Here is my fave concoction so far…Loving your smoothie mix, didn’t think i was going to buy anymore than this first tub due to cost of posting to NZ, but I’m hooked now, think I’m going to have to! Haha
2 weeks into the 28 day plan and I’ve lost 2.1 kgs, you have an amazing system, and so easy to follow and stick to. Thank you!

Pear Smoothie

  • 1/2 a pear, diced and frozen
  • handful of mixed frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp fat free plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Almond meal
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
  • 200 mls soy milk.

Delish and so so thick!!
