Pear & Berry Galette

A great combination of flavours make this a delicious and healthy after dinner treat.FullSizeRender (37)

Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)

    • 1/4 sheet puff pastry, reduced fat (42 grams)
    • 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen raspberries (30 grams)
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (5 mls)
    • 1/2 pear (50 grams)
    • 1 tablespoon Greek reduced fat, natural yoghurt (20 grams)
    • 2 teaspoons flaked almonds (8 grams)

This is a 5 ingredients & under recipe. Please note that non-key ingredients such as salt, pepper, water, oil, vinegars, accompaniments, some herbs & spices etc are not included in the “5 & under” ingredient tally.


  • Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Defrost the puff pastry and cut into 1/4 sheet (square) per serve.  Place on a lined baking tray.
  • Mash fresh or thawed raspberries with a fork and spread over the pastry, leaving 1 cm edge.
  • Thinly slice pear, arrange over berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Serve with yoghurt and flaked almonds.
