  • 1/4 cup fresh or tinned peaches
  • 1/4 cup watermelon
  • 3 strawberries
  • 200mls skim milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
  • Enjoy!
