Good morning to the wonderful Lose Baby Weight team,
I’ve been having the healthy mummy smoothies now for almost 3 weeks and I’ve lost 4kg already!! And that’s without trying too hard.
After seeing that result on my scales I’m going to put my all into it as I’m really excited to see how much I could lose whilst trying!!
As Christmas is coming I’m a little disappointed I won’t be making my favourite Pecan Pie as its definitely not healthy lifestyle friendly, so I decided to turn it into a smoothie!
I’m thinking there will be a few others who feel the same, so I thought I’d share!
- 1cup chocolate soy milk
- 1/4 cup pecans (soaked overnight)
- 1 pitted date (soaked with nuts)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal
Blend it all really well if you don’t like a little crunch. I like the crunch so I blend for only a minute or two.
