  • 1/3 avocado (50 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons cacao/cocoa powder (4 grams)
  • 1/2 orange (50 grams)
  • 1 medjool dates, fresh (15 grams)

Method

  • Peel orange.
  • Blend orange with the avocado, cacao and pitted date(s) until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
