Just grab your favourite fruit, and finely chop it – think blueberries, watermelon, mango, rockmelon, raspberries, pineapple, red grapes, or strawberries.
You can also add extras depending on your own tastes.
For instance you might throw in some fresh mint leaves to go with the pineapple or some vanilla extract for extra sweetness with berries that can be a little bit tart.
There is no need to miss out on delicious desserts when you are trying to lose weight. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that can taste so good!

  • 2 cups of fruit, finely chopped

  • Chop the fruit and place in a container in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  • Place the fruit (or your favourite combo of fruit) into a high powered blender and process until it forms a smooth, icy consistency. This can take some time, depending on the power of your blender.
  • Serve immediately.
