Hi, my name is Nyssa. I have lost 23.5kg with Lose Baby Wight and I’m super thrilled to be a motivating mum this month.
I will be 31 (this month!) and I have one son who will be 3 in September.

Prior to having him, I was 75kg with ok fitness. Now, I am between 75 and 76kg depending on the day and I am way more fit now than I was before him.
I used the Lose Baby Weight a little bit at the start but really started getting into it last year.
I have lost 23.5kg on the Lose Baby Weight smoothies, plans and challenges and my goal is to lose a further 10kg.
I have a personal trainer once a week and our son usually comes with me to those sessions. Nothing makes me happier than to see him joining in with our exercises and enjoying himself whilst doing so. He’s a pro at squats, lunges and sprints and he keeps me motivated during planks as he lays flat underneath me so it makes me stay up so I don’t squash him!

I’ve been doing the monthly challenges since last year and have found them to be fabulous. The meals are delicious and I love that I have found a whole new bunch of healthy desserts 😉
My son is a great eater anyway, but it is great not having to cook different meals for each person in the family – both my husband and my son are fans of the meals I’ve been making too.
For me, our routine shifts around a little bit so having some effective exercises to do at home is a huge bonus. I really recommend joining the 28 day challenge if you haven’t already.
I think a focus for me this month will be upping my exercise routine and giving some time, love and care to myself. We’re all busy mums and we’re often the last ones that we look after.
