Today we have a yummy reader recipe for you all to try that tastes like “Nutella”! These bliss balls are packed full of protein, healthy fats and antioxidants making them a great snack to include into your healthy eating plan while losing baby weight.
They would also make a great after school snack for the kids or an after dinner treat.

  • 1 cups hazelnut meal (gently dry roasted)
  • 6 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 2 tbsp cacoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until well combined. (If mixture is too sticky you can add more cache powder or hazelnut meal, a small amount at a time.)
  • Divide ‘dough’ and roll into 12 small balls.
  • Refrigerate or freeze.
