These No-Bake Peanut, Oat & Coconut Slice is simple and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup honey ( you could substitute for rice malt syrup so not as sweet)
  • 1 cup mayvers organic peanut and coconut spread

Method

  • Put peanut spread and honey in microwave together and cook for roughly 40secs, then mix well
  • Put oats, pepitas and sunflower seeds in a mixing bowl, add the honey and peanut spread and mix well until all combined
  • Pour into square cake tin press down tight
  • Put in fridge to set, I left mine overnight

Makes 20 pieces
