This reader recipe will be loved by the whole family at snack time and will help keep you on track while losing baby weight.
These No-Bake Peanut, Oat & Coconut Slice is simple and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup honey ( you could substitute for rice malt syrup so not as sweet)
- 1 cup mayvers organic peanut and coconut spread
Method
- Put peanut spread and honey in microwave together and cook for roughly 40secs, then mix well
- Put oats, pepitas and sunflower seeds in a mixing bowl, add the honey and peanut spread and mix well until all combined
- Pour into square cake tin press down tight
- Put in fridge to set, I left mine overnight
Makes 20 pieces
