Well, we’re half way into this month’s 28 Day Challenge and I’m feeling great! It must be the awesome energy boosting meals right? So far, the standouts have been the Zucchini Soup, Sweet Potato Nachos,Quinoa Cookies and the Chicken,Bacon,Spinach Stir Fry.I’ve just finished reading next week’s menu and I’m very excited about it!
I’ve been doing The 28 Day Challenge exercises which I really enjoy. I also follow The Tone Your Butt And Thighs Challenge.
I’ve had a few Non-Scale Victories too! My towel is now fitting all the way around and I am not having to use the huge bath sheet sized towels. I have been buying myself a heap of new clothes and in a size 14! I’ve gone from a size 18XL to a size 14 and Medium. I have not weighed myself yet because I’m trying to go the whole month without getting on the scales and just focusing on my cm measurements.
I’m loving The Healthy Mummy Smoothie Challenge. It’s been great to try new flavours and step away from my usual Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix. I tend to always stick with Vanilla but now I’m getting to enjoy the Chocolate and Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothies too.
