Hi everyone
I just wanted to update  my weight loss journey with you all after I have lost 25kg on the Lose Baby Weight plans.
It’s been 2 months since I reached my goal of losing 25 kilos, through using the 28 Day Plan, The Healthy Mummy Smoothies and the Healthy Mummy Exercise DVD,  not only have I maintained my weight loss I have lost some more weight bringing my total to 26 kilos lost.
I started the lose baby weight plans weighing 73 kilos and now weigh 46 kilos. I have also lost 2cm more  from my waist and hips and 2cm from each thigh. I can’t believe it.


I still love having my healthy mummy smoothies for breakfast 3 days a week and some yummy breakfast from the 28 day plan my favs are Bircher muesli and poached eggs with avocado.
For lunch I have the healthy mummy smoothies for 5 days a week and them a tuna and avocado wrap or ham and salad wrap. For our dinners I use the meals from the 28 day plan, the cookbook and from the website and all of my snacks are from lose baby weight.
My exercise is a walk every day plus 1 hour a day of the Lose Baby Weight exercise DVD or 28 day plan.
My life has changed so much since started LBW I am happy, fit but most of all healthy. I will be continuing my LBW weight lifestyle for the rest of my life.
We just celebrated my sons first birthday and I am so happy of what I have achieved. And with Christmas coming up I will be enjoying time with my family and still be healthy but will have a nice treat. I have already planned our Christmas Day menu with all recipes form LBW website.
