Previous to signing up to Lose Baby Weight, I had tried numerous fad diets and prescription weight loss medication with little to almost no luck. I fear that if I hadn’t have found Lose Baby Weight I would still be ashamed and scared to look in the mirror at my very overweight and unattractive body. Luckily for me this is no longer the case.
Since joining in on the 28 day challenges and purchasing the Healthy Mummy smoothie mix, I have lost inches from my body, gained so much more energy and a tremendous amount of confidence.
I used to avoid full body photos but now I’m excited to show off my hard earned and proud achievement.

I don’t think I would have made it to where I am without the amazing support of the Lose Baby Weight private support group.
The ladies are fantastic and have given me such great inspiration towards my journey, not just with the weight loss, but the knowledge that I have gained about what kind of foods have the best nutritional values to contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
I am yet to hit my goal weight but thanks to Lose Baby Weight I am well on my way, in fact I am now proudly over the halfway mark.
