My name is Nerita. I am 24 and the mum to three beautiful kids under 4.
I found The Healthy Mummy when a friend added me to the Facebook support group. I was around 20 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I was so motivated that I signed up to the 28 Day Challenge straightaway. It then led me through a pretty healthy pregnancy.
Around Christmas time I lost my way a little because of serious fatigue, which I later found out was due to zero iron stores. By the end of the pregnancy I had only gained 15kgs.My little man is 14 weeks now and I’ve lost 18kgs. I am under my pre-pregnancy weight at 100.7kgs. But I have 30kgs to lose yet.
I thank The Healthy Mummy every day for giving me the opportunity and help to be a happy healthy mum for my family.
I love how simple, easy and delish the meals are from the 28 Day Challenge. It’s like having your own personal trainer and meal planner right at your fingertips. I have gained so much food knowledge from the challenges. And the smoothies are delicious. So quick and easy! Being a breastfeeding mum and trying to run after 2 toddlers, the smoothies mean I get breakfast.
I can’t wait to share my journey with you lovelies this month, and I hope I can motivate you like so many have motivated me!
