Hi, My name is Natasha and I’m one of the 100 Day To Summer Countdown Motivating Mums.
I’m a mum to three kids ages 16,13 and 2yrs and work full time. This week marks my 40th birthday and I’ll be celebrating it as a healthier, fitter and 27.3kgs* lighter new me – All thanks to following the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Challenge.

When I started my journey I was worried about how I would fit everything in and will I really be able to do all this to achieve my weight goal while juggling between working and my home.
I’ve been a 28 Day Challenge member for 10 months and started at 111kg and I’m now at 83.7kg. My ultimate goal weight is 75kg.
In the beginning I cooked meals for myself and cooked separate meals for my family because I was so use to eating big plates of food I had to get that mind set first of portion control.
Three months later I had the right mind set and now my family enjoys all the healthy Lose Baby Weight meals from the 28 Day Challenge with me.  This works perfect for us because I can customize the meals to suit my family and there are so many meals to choose from.
I have a Healthy Mummy Smoothie for  breakfast every morning.

This keeps me going during my busy daily schedule and I love the convenience of having my breakfast on the go for those mornings when I have to rush out the door.
Here are my top tips on how I manage to stick to the 28 Day Challenge and being a full time working mum.

  • I make sure that I prep at least three dinners for the week ahead on a Sunday and either get some baking done. I cut up my veggie sticks and make my own hummus and also boil a few eggs to have in salads or eat as a snack.
  • I take my workout gear to work and change when I leave work as soon as I get home I have no excuses and go for a quick evening walk. While my dinner is heating up I manage to get in a few segments of the Lose Baby Weight DVD.
  • I keep a water bottle on my desk at work to make sure I have at least 2L to 3L of water before I leave work.
  • I sit behind a desk all day so to stay active I do at least 10 squats for every visit to the bathroom.

I hope these tips can be of help to you not only as a full time working mum but also those  busy full time stay at home mums.
