Hi, my name is Natasha and I’m a full time working mum and have three kids ages 17,13 and 2. I’m one of your motivating mums for January.
I’ve been a 28 Day Challenge member for a year and during this time I have lost 30kg* and 100cm*.

I have gained so much more from Lose Baby Weight and following the 28 Day Challenge than just the weight loss. I have so much more confidence in myself and my body.
I can now confidently go into a shop and buy clothing and my biggest achievement is being able to wear shorts this summer.

And I felt incredible last night at my work staff party. I now own my first Forever New dress and who thought at the age of 40 I’ll be attempting to wear these high shoes.
My weight has always put me off from wearing high shoes but now I can wear it with confidence. I’ve gained so much more than just the weight loss. Thank you Lose Baby Weight
