Hi, I’m Natasha and I’m one of the 100 Days to Summer Countdown Motivating Mums. I’m a full time working mum with three kids aged 17,13 and 2 and I have lost 28kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.

I’ve been following the 28 Day Challenge for 11 months with a starting weight of 111kg and to date weigh 82.8kg.
My goal weight loss within a year of joining is 30kg and I’m so close to reaching that goal.
My biggest reason for starting was because  my work introduced work uniforms and I couldn’t even fit the ladies uniform and had to go for the men’s style in XXL. This was a huge eye opener for me and my biggest turning point.

This week I started a new job and had a uniform fitting and I comfortably fit a size 10 top and size 12 skirt.
I’m so proud of where I am today and could never have done it without the 28 Day Challenge.
I’ve been on many diets and change for a few months and then life goes back to normal but the 28 Day Challenge has been easy to follow and because I  can customize my menu and chose from so many recipes  there ‘s no getting bored of what I’m eating.
The Healthy Mummy DVD is so easy to follow and has been great to fit in exercise in my busy day.
I have a Healthy mummy Smoothie for breakfast everyday and on busy days I replace two meals.

I’ve learned so much about making healthy choices for myself and my family. These are the positive changes I’ve made in my life thanks to Lose Baby Weight.

  • I go for a short walk in the evening and Saturdays I aim for a 5k walk with my little boy in his pram.
  • I aim to have at least 3L of water and now only drink herbal teas.
  • When eating out I look at the healthy options first.
  • I’ve purchased my first exercise machine a cross trainer which I can proudly say I don’t use to hang my clothes on.
  • Instead of laying in front of the TV in the evening I fit in a quick segment of the Healthy Mummy DVD.

All these years I’ve been making excuses and telling myself I can never do this.
Lose Baby Weight has given me a  confidence boost and taught me to believe in myself that anything is possible.
We don’t have long to go to the end of the Countdown to Summer and I hope I can continue to motivate you.
