Hi, My name is Natasha and I’m a mum to three gorgeous kids 16yrs, 12yrs and 2yrs old. I have lost 25kg with Lose Baby Weight and I am a motivating mum for the 100 days to summer  countdown.

I was skinny when I met my husband but after the birth of my first child my weight got out of control. After having my last child and returning back to work I realized I was overweight and had to order my work uniform in men’s size XXL.
In November 2014 I came across lose baby weight on my Facebook news feed. I joined the group and was amazed at all the good results and thought to myself I can do this. My husband didn’t agree and thought there she goes again wasting her money , but I proved him wrong.
My starting weight was 111kg and I started the 28 day challenge in December 2014 currently at 85.9kg. A total loss of 25.1kg and now wear a size 14 ladies work uniform.
I love the healthy mummy smoothies and it’s my go to emergency breakfast when I need to leave home in a hurry. I love that it’s so versatile and I can add any fruit or vegetables in season that I have at home.

I do my challenge exercise and healthy mummy dvd while getting dinner ready in the evening. I love how it’s broken down in segments which really helps me as I can have a quick 10 min or 15 min workout while getting things done in the evening.
The 28 day challenge meals are so quick and easy to make and I can double up my meals and freeze them. I always have a few meals and baking in the freezer for emergency and the left overs I save for work lunches. All three my kids and husband are huge fans of the 28 day challenge meals.
I’ve been a 28 day challenge member for 9 months and have learnt so much about making healthy food choices and exercise. This has been a huge lifestyle change for myself and my family. My two older kids and husband are very proud of my achievements and commitment to this new healthy lifestyle and support me 100%.
Looking forward to motivating you throughout the next 100 days. We got this ladies and I can’t wait to show off me new healthy body in summer.
