Ingredients: 

  • 300g apricots
  • 50g pitted dates
  • 100g coconut

Method

  • Blend in a good processor for several minutes until well combined.
  • Line a baking tray with paper and roll/press mixture into pan.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into approximately 48 small squares.
  • Makes: 48 squares.
  • Calories per square: 35
