- 300g apricots
- 50g pitted dates
- 100g coconut
- Blend in a good processor for several minutes until well combined.
- Line a baking tray with paper and roll/press mixture into pan.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into approximately 48 small squares.
- Makes: 48 squares.
- Calories per square: 35
