Hi Lose Baby Weight, I’m a 26 year old mum to three young kids – 4 years, 22 months, 11 weeks.  In my younger years I was very conscious of my size and shape and made sure I exercised and ate well.
Since having children I have struggled with losing weight and maintaining a healthy diet amidst the busy and tiring job of being a stay at home.  It is all too easy when tired just to eat those naughty snacks to get you through the day.

At the end of my pregnancy with my now 11 week old son I weighed 30kg more than I did pre-children.  I lost the initial 10kg through his birth, fluid etc but 7wks after his birth I found that the weight wasn’t budging at all, I still had at least 15kg I wanted to lose, and I was getting very discouraged.
I decided to start the Lose Baby Weight 28-day breastfeeding friendly lose baby weight diet.  I am not much of a diet person but I have not looked back!  After 28days I have lost a total of 7.5kgs – halfway to the goal I have set myself!
I feel so much better about myself knowing that I can and will lose the weight I need to.  I also have heaps more energy and feel healthier and happier!  The diet is easy to follow and suits a busy mum’s schedule.
It also suits the whole family – my hubby and kids are eating the same as I am.  I haven’t had a chance to use the exercise plan yet due to issues after the birth but plan to soon.
I have found the diet and your facebook page very encouraging and inspiring and recommend any other mums struggling with their weight to give it a go!  Thank you so much!
