Try the next 28 Day Challenge!

It’s great for new mums – or any mum in the way that’s it’s all planned out for you – meals, exercise, tips & the most amazing recipes. Us mums are all so incredibly busy so it’s fab and it works!

Gradually get back into exercise

Walking was my fav. I found some other new mums in Facebook and we started a local waking group. 5 years later our kids are at school and we keep in touch regularly.

Buy the Healthy Mummy Smoothies mix!

They were/are my daily saviour. So delicious! I drink them on the run. I love the variety you can make from just three flavours!

Buy some good running shoes!

Your feet, back & whole body will thank you for it. And it can help to avoid injury later on in your exercise journey.

Don’t rush out and buy expensive exercise clothes

Your weight will start to fall off and they won’t fit for long. Kmart & Big W have excellent clothes at great prices.


Exercise with a buddy

Someone that will motivate you! You become accountable then and it’s harder to break a session if you’re going to let someone else down.

Drink Water!

At least 2L a day. More if you’re exercising a lot. Your body, weight, skin & mind will thank you for it.

Try new foods

You’ll surprise yourself. The free recipes on the Lose Baby Weight website are incredible! But I LOVE the recipes that are in the 28 Day Challenge.

Exercise when you can

Try to make time and make it a priority but we all have crazy days so just make time wherever you are. I squat in the shower and while cooking in kitchen and used to run around my backyard when my kids were sleeping. Every bit helps.

Don’t try to rush your weight loss

Don’t compare yourself to others it will only drive you bonkers. Everyone has their own journey so make it your own and ENJOY it!
You’ll get there at your own pace and when your body is ready. Believe it will happen, stay positive and enjoy the ride…..and get ready for those compliments
I’ve lost 3.3kgs so far on this challenge! And I am LOVING it!
