Hello again all you lovely ladies, I hope your July has been as awesome as mine is so far. My name is Tiffany and I had lost 15kg with Lose Baby Weight, that was until I just weighed in with another 2kg loss bringing me to a total of 17kg!!

I am sitting on 73kg at the moment and my next goal of 70kg is so close I can smell it, if I keep it up at this pace I might be there by the end of July.
Being a Motivating Mum for the month of July has got me super dooper excited and motivated more than ever.
I have been pushing myself that extra bit this month and it sure is paying off.  I feel like everything is back on track and I’m reaching for the stars and won’t stop until I get there.
So I set myself a goal of 5km a day and I have been surpassing that every single day, I look forward to going for my daily walk/jog.
I mostly go out with my bub pushing the pram but sometimes I get to go solo and even started jogging again which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside lol, I even completed my 1st 5km jog then did it again and again.
It definitely is addictive. Before that the furthest I had jogged was 2.5km so I was really pushing through some barriers there but I truly thank myself for it. After all I am doing this for ME!

I have been on a bit of a rollercoaster lately with IVF and life but I haven’t let it affect my progress. The OLD ME would have binged and been emotionally eating and slumping around but the NEW ME is becoming so much stronger that I don’t let it all get to me too much, instead I use that emotion and energy and put it into something constructive like getting active!!
I can only imagine getting better and better and that feeling is very overwhelming but makes me super happy.
I enjoy my morning Healthy Mummy Smoothie every day and am so thankful for such a great versatile product that takes minimal time and effort to prepare yet gives me exactly what I need for breakfast!!
I want to thank Rhian & The Team for giving me the opportunity to prove to myself and everyone else that I can do it, and I will do it!
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the recipes so far from the hub and the challenge and will be making them again and again. Yummy!! I hope that i can inspire and motivate you to get up and move!!
