Motivating Mum Tawhai Dinsdale has lost an amazing 21kgs with Lose Baby Weight and loves how she never feels hungry on the Healthy Mummy Plans.

Hi my name is Tawhai Dinsdale, I have a 2.5 year old little girl and found Lose Baby Weight in mid August this year. I am loving being a Motivating Mum this month, it’s giving me inspiration to go that bit extra with exercise especially starting to use the Post Pregnancy Exercise DVD.
Even though my daughter is 2.5 years it’s still a great workout and so convenient to do at home. I have also been trying more of the delicious Lose Baby Weight Recipes from the website and some from past 28 Day Challenges. There are so many to choose from and they are all tasty and filling. You can easily swap out some of the ingredients and they will still taste great. I have had a couple of slip ups but I think it’s really important not to feel guilty or beat myself up about it and get back into eating nutritious healthy food the next day.
Now we are getting closer to Christmas we all start getting busier and busier. To help keep myself on track I am trying to be even more organised with having quick healthy snacks ready to go like fruit, hummus and vegetables, healthy homemade muesli bars etc when we go to gatherings and play dates. When taking a plate I am loving the Guilt-Free Chocolate Treats and Baking Cookbook. It has been my go to recipe book for healthy yum treats.
The Healthy Mummy Smoothies have been great as well especially when we have a lot on, they are ready within minutes and I can walk out the door with it. The great thing about the smoothies is they are so versatile, you can add vegetables, fruit, milk, alternative dairy free milks or coconut water and you know whatever you put in is going to taste great.
Some days I still can’t get my head around the fact that I’m never hungry and eating a huge variety of food while losing a steady amount of weight each week. I’ve been using the Lose Baby Weight Website Recipes, 28 Day Challenges and Healthy Mummy Smoothies and not once have I thought this is too hard or I’m too hungry I give up. Which always seems to happen after a couple of months for me. I can see me using Lose Baby Weight for many years to come, it has changed my perspective of food and exercise and I will be forever grateful what the programme has done for me and my family.
So far I have lost over 21kgs, I still can’t believe it!!! I’m over the halfway point to my goal weight and I am feeling so much more comfortable in my own skin, fitter and more confident. If you are sitting on the fence and not sure whether you want to join the January 28 Day Challenge, I urge you to take the leap and do it. You won’t be sorry you tried it.
