So I started this month with a fire in my belly that this was my month to prove to myself no matter what I can do this from start to finish.

The first week I was going great guns. My food was on point and I was going it on my own with my exercises using the healthy mummy DVD and challenge exercises as I normally go to boot camp three times a week but the budget didn’t stretch that far this month.
For that one off small investment in the Healthy Mummy DVD has seen me continue to exercise this month. It’s always an awesome work out. You don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment at home to get your body moving!
Then life served me a few curve balls which sent my anxiety soaring!  My head space was not good and I didn’t exercise as much as I wanted for a few days and I even ate ice cream and chocolate and it was yummy though I felt bloated and yucky afterwards.
SO what did I do to get out of this funk?
Well I got out some old photos and looked at how unhealthy and unhappy I was with myself back before discovering Lose Baby Weight and reflected on how far I have come on my journey and you know what I have come a long way and I appreciate myself for it!
I also used the support of the Healthy Mummy facebook page and picked myself up one day at a time.

Yes life happens but we all have choices and it comes down to what we choose to do that will define how you will get through it.
We need to show ourselves love and appreciation; our bodies have created human life and we are amazing, strong, beautiful women, not just mums.
This is a way of life not a fad diet; a few days off track will not undo all the good and hard work you have done!
This month’s budget challenge couldn’t have come at a better time and is amazing!
Being on one wage has had us struggle over the past few months. I was so excited for this challenge to start so I could show my family and friends that eating healthy doesn’t cost a fortune. The meals have been so tasty but so cheap to make.
The past two weeks I have only spent $100 for healthy wholesome food to feed my family of 5! How fantastic is that?
So now things are back on track I am still enjoying my healthy mummy smoothie for breakfast which are my life saver as without these I wouldn’t have breakfast, I’ve got my big girl pants on and I am going to continue to appreciate myself more and give my all to this fantastic lifestyle change I have found with the LBW programme.
Nothing is impossible you just have to take that first step.
My advice is if you are not sure on where to start have a go at the 28 Day challenge, get the Healthy Mummy DVD or one of their fabulous cookbooks. You won’t know unless you try, I promise you won’t regret it. What’s stopping you?
