Motivating Mum Renee Evans has lost an amazing 21kgs with Lose Baby Weight and shares her view on motivation.
Well today I’m 9 months into my new healthy lifestyle.
I had my second child and was sitting at 110kg, I was feeling unhappy and tiered, I would see many posts online about all these mums achieving great things and feeling awesome and to look at them made me feel even worse.
Then I decided it was time to change.
I’m now sitting at 89kgs and I am happy and healthier then I have ever been, I’ve gained muscles over my whole body and I feel so strong. All from making small changes one thing at a time, changing my bad habits to good then to better.
Nothing feels better then knowing you are changing not only your life but your whole family’s.
My kids get in the kitchen with me and even help me cook recipes I’ve learned from the 28 Day Plans.
I feel great watching my kids eat what I’ve made myself and know exactly what has been put into it.
I can’t cook to save myself but the meal plans are detailed and give you all directions needed to make good tasting food.
A lady told me recently, its not about motivation it’s about discipline, then motivation takes over.
And its so true, you start feeling better about yourself so you want to keep going moving forward.
This month I am one of the Motivating Mums and its been great so far.
I’ve loved motivating others to get out and do the same.
I’ve even had a couple report back to me each day of what they did to make a change and I’m so proud.
Here’s to a new day tomorrow I’ll be off to boxing first thing to end the week with a bang!
