Motivating Mum Rachel Melvin shares how she is loving the healthy lifestyle with Lose Baby Weight and how she over came her anxiety and got her confidence back.

Hi I’m Rachel one of your Motivating Mums for November. I thought in this post I would tell you a little more about me that I would usually keep to myself.
I started my weight loss almost a year ago now and I can’t believe how much I have changed emotionally.
Before I started all this I had just had my 3rd son in Sept 2012 and getting use to being a mummy of four. I didn’t know it at the time but I had severe social anxiety, I started shutting my self away from the world I stopped doing the usual things like going to the supermarket, mall, even taking my children to the park the worst part was I had to deal with it even just being at home. Even landed a trip in an ambulance as I didn’t know I was having a panic attack (honestly felt like a heart attack)
In Jan 2013 a good friend came back into my life that I had shut out and I started having some social interaction again. In October we both decided it was time to lose some weight I was a bit nervous because it meant stepping outside (at this point even the school run was a big step)
I did play around with the Lose Baby Weight 28 Day Diet and Exercise Plan back then and alot of my own stuff and I had started exercising.
It was hard in those first couple of weeks but in the end healthy eating and exercise equals to me a healthy head space. I was really enjoying it then the weight loss stopped because in all honesty I was doing it wrong I was eating 1200 calories and I started to really slip down hill I managed to maintain my weight in that time just by the exercise but the truth is you can’t out train a bad diet.
It was only when the July Challenge came about that I started my efforts back up again.
I am so thankful for coming across the support group as I wouldn’t be where I am today. All you lady’s are so motivating just seeing everyones progress really keeps me going. Really thankful to the lady that told me to find out my BMR and put me back on track. The team for all the  challenges and all the different food options and sweet treats. I’ve never lasted in the past on weight loss plans but this one you don’t even feel like your on one.
I’m really loving the November Challenge so far and excited to see my results on Monday. I’ve been keeping up with the daily challenges even those posted on the page can’t wait for the end result.
I’ve just started having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies my favorite has got to be the mango & passionfruit dream from the Healthy Mummy Spring and Summer cook book also the berry blast so much I’m almost finished my smoothie tub! This week I’ll be giving the chocolate tub a try.
I have managed to over come my anxiety I can’t say its gone forever it does come back once and awhile but now I know how to control it so it doesn’t get to me.
