Hello I’m Rachel and I’m one of the Motivating Mums for November

Well I am super proud to report that I got to my goal of being 64.7 by my husband’s work function on the 6th December. My weight as of today is 63.8kg grand total of 20.9kg lost.

I have another 4.1kg till my next goal of being under 60kg. I don’t think I have ever been this close to my ultimate goal of 54kg. I couldn’t of got this far without the help of Lose Baby Weight and the group on Facebook as each mum motivates you to succeed I’ve never been part of such a positive group.

I just really want to thank Rhian and the team for the variety of food and exercises. I have really enjoyed the November 28 day weight loss Challenge and enjoyed the instruction videos with the exercises as some i wouldn’t of worked out what to do.

I have been sick the last week with a chest cold but I’ve kept my good eating habits going have still managed to lose 800g. Can’t wait to get back to exercisesing though as I have been missing it.

I really have enjoyed sharing my story with you all and being a Motivating Mum.

The goal isn’t to be skinny it’s to be fit and healthy so we can be here longer for our children.
