As may know I am a mum to 3 amazing children. I have lost 20 kilos with Lose Baby Weight in the last 7 months.In the past I had no confidence what so ever, now all my friends an family are starting to notice I am a different person so much happier,healthier an fitter.
Lose Baby Weight- Challenge
Lose Baby Weight has changed my life an lifestyle for the better.Just in this last week I have had friends an family members asking for me to help them achieve their goals I couldn’t be more honored. It truly made my week just that much better, to know I was inspiring other people in my life.
As for the 28 Day Challenge I am absolutely loving it. The meals are so yummy an quick an easy. I have been stuck on a bouncing weight of 76kilos to 74 kilos since January. I am please to say with the first week down I am finally off my plateau an now weigh 73.7 so I had a loss of 1.2 kilos this first week. And I am over the moon.michalainemason4food
Also this week I have tried a few new things with my exercise. I have been doing a lot more outside activities with kids playing basketball,boxing,jumping on the tramp doing tricks with my 4 year old. This week I am going to focus on my core exercises as well.
I think the best tip would be try new things you’ll be surprised 😀
