Where has this month gone, can’t believe that I’m writing my last motivating mum blog for the month of July.
Hope that towards the end of the year I WILL BE at GOAL weight and writing as maintenance mummy.
Thank you to all those that I have asked my question on the ask me segment days, answering them has motivated me to keep on track.
This month I have steepped out of my comfort zone and tried foods and drinks that I most likely would have never looked , who knew soy milk isn’t that bad  ( shhh don’t tell my partner he really is the milk man lol )

Today I took my soon to a child’s birthday party , old me would have been happy to eat the pizza and party pies and the yummy naughty foods, but NOT TODAY thanks to Lose Baby Weight!
I had sneaky snickers smoothie so I didn’t feel like I was missing out on the sweets.
I also think that some of my good habits are showing in my son as he wasn’t all about the lollies and was happy to eat meat and salad.
Social events don’t have to be a challenge if you, prep beforehand. Set yourself limits as it’s ok to have a treat here and there every so often, as the Lose Baby Weight program is a life style change not a diet.
