Hi Mums!! I have now lost 12.4kg with Lose Baby Weight
The first week of the June 28 day challenge has been great. I have followed the customized meal plan and I have really enjoyed trying new recipes. I did repeat old recipes for a while so it has been good to shake it up a bit.
For June, I really wanted to focus my attention away from all of my distractions called ‘life’ and back to me in the three following areas: My healthy eating, exercise and my mummy time (which is hard to achieve on my own).
Being focused has been great, as It has helped me achieve all of these goals.
I have eaten so well, exercised every day and even had some mummy time at a day spa. I mostly run every day as it’s something you can do anywhere and anytime of day, I am fortunate to do PT twice a week for work and I do some weights in my home gym and the rest is just incidental!
I had great results as I lost just over 1kg which is 12.4kg down. I had been fluctuating between 96.5 and 98kg but I finally feel as though that weight has gone for good, as my weigh in was 96.6kg which means I’m well on my way towards my goal of 80kg.
Thanks to Lose Baby Weight, I am now so much more organized than I’ve ever been in my whole adult life with my eating. This week I have meal prepped in advance and I just love that my daughter enjoys all the yummy food too.
My weightloss has been gradual but it’s weight that I am going to keep off and im truly being educated on along the way thanks to Lose Baby Weight.
I have noticed that I’m standing taller and I feel more confident to wear my pre-baby slimmer clothes. People have also commented this week about how I’m carrying myself now so that is a big NSV for me. Oh and I bought size 14 jeans off the shelf! Winning!!!
My new favourite recipe so far in the challenge is the honey mustard chicken! You have to try it if u haven’t yet.
