The June 28 Day Challenge 2015 marks the seventh month with Lose Baby Weight since starting in November 2014.
In this time I have been fortunate to be motivating mum on two occasions of which I have loved every minute.
I am so inspired everyday by Lose Baby Weight, as it’s a very interactive and supportive community that is full of positive energy.
This energy and support has kept me going. This has been the longest time I have been committed to a weight loss journey my whole life.
I have always tried the latest diets and FADS and obviously not been very successful.
I would reach a point where I was comfortable with my weight and fitness, usually around 6 months, and then I would go back to old habits.

This time thank you to Lose Baby Weight – I have learnt to commit to myself because I am important and only I can be accountable for my actions.
What I have done this month to be accountable is that I have eaten cleanly using 28 day challenge recipes, smoothies and products and ensuring I get at least one PT session a day. PT makes me feel very clear in my mind and I therefore believe it is an essential part of my day.
My weight loss is slow and steady but I am losing cm’s at a great pace so that keeps me going.
Being prepared has helped me a lot. My husband is away working at the moment, so I have found that freezing left overs and making muffins and bliss balls has helped me make good food choices if I am busy or exhausted.
Overall, I have had big mental breakthroughs since being part of Lose Baby Weight. My perception of myself is changing, I am more determined than ever and mostly I am not ashamed of my body anymore.
From experience, taking and posting progress photos will bring you out of your comfort zone and make you even more accountable for your weight loss.
