Hi, my name is Linda Subbaiah and I’m one of the motivating mums for the month and I have lost 25kg with Lose Baby Weight.
I’m currently weighing in at 75.9 kgs. Less than a kilo to go to my 2nd goal weight. (My initially goal weight was 80 kgs).
When I joined Lose Baby Weight at the end of October 2014, I weighed 100 kgs.
I’m also toning & can see my stomach getting smaller thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss challenge this month.
I have been loving the core exercises focusing on that area & also the delicious recipes. I have also been loving the Healthy Mummy smoothies & trying different recipes.
I haven’t had a perfect month like I hoped but I’m still going & I think that’s what’s important. We may have setbacks but as long as we acknowledge them, learn from them & move on, that’s what counts.
This is a lifestyle not a diet. We shouldn’t feel guilty about the choices we make. Everything in moderation. Life is for living and enjoying.
This month I haven’t seen the scales move too much as I’m losing those last few kilos but a huge non scale victory is wearing size 12 clothes! I have not been a size 12 since my teenage
years, about 20 years!
Lose Baby Weight has educated me about nutrition and exercise. I’m making better & healthier food choices, changes that I can maintain forever not just for a short time.
I am also including more and more incidental exercise into my day. This includes parking the car further away from the shops, doing squats throughout the day, dancing with my kids and walking instead of driving when I can.
Keep going ladies. Be the change you want to see. ‘Change happens outside your comfort zone. Step outside!’
