Hi Ladies, My name ıs Laura and I am a Winter Warrior Motivating Mum for July. This is my mid-month check in.
I lost 22kg with The Healthy Mummy ın 8 months after my 2nd baby using the 28 Day Challenge and the Smoothies.
My 2nd chıld ıs now 20 months old and I can say that I have maintained my weight by continuing with the 28 day weight loss Challenge. My weight often fluctuates by a few kilos and I am now 5kg heavier than what I was originally. However, ıt doesn’t bother me as I am still happy with the way I look and I know with the support of the wonderful ladies and the Facebook Support Group, those kilos wıll go ın no tıme!
I haven’t done much exercise ın the past because I lead such an insanely busy lıfe. However, I am now a stay at home Mum and am finding more and more tıme to get out and do things such as ride my bike and walking.
Anyone can do the 28 Day Challenge, to me its not a diet it’s a lifestyle. I’m so happy as now we don’t eat boring food, we don’t waste food and we save a tonne of money!
