I can’t believe the June challenge is almost over! I’ve loved being a Motivating Mum this month. Not only have I done my best to motivate you lovely ladies, it’s also helped keep me on track!
The scales have stayed the same for me this month, but I am 10kgs lighter than I’ve been in my adult life, so I’m happy maintaining instead of gaining! Motivating Mum Jess Is Loving Her New Body
There have been so many delicious, hearty winter recipes this challenge. My slow cooker has gotten a good workout, and it’s been easy to stay on track when I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything.
I am so grateful to have found this program. It really has changed my life and my perspective on food. I’m not on a diet, I have changed my lifestyle so that I can be the best and healthiest version of me!
