I am a Mother of two, a 3 ½ year old and an 18 month old. I started Lose Baby Weight in October 2014 at 97 kgs.
After having my daughter in January 2014 I weighed in at 115kgs. I lost 18 kilos* on my own but after a few attempts I just couldn’t get past 97kgs.
I had always done these fad diets and realized I have to start eating healthy and change the way I am forever not just for myself but for my children.
I signed up to my first Lose Baby Weight 28 day challenge and have never looked back!
I remember planning my meals and making my shopping list I was committed. I couldn’t believe the variety and you can still eat dessert, I definitely love my dessert.

I check in everyday to the facebook group and love to see how everyone is progressing.
I am now down to 75kgs and have only been doing Lose Baby Weight 9 months. I am continuing my journey with Lose Baby Weight and have another 20kgs to lose.
Being chosen as a Motivating mum for August is just what I need to be able to push myself and to be able to help others with the Lose Baby Weight Journey.
I know everyday is a challenge for us all and I will ensure to encourage you on this path we take together.
Remember it does not happen overnight. I have never found so many positive motivating woman in one place.
