My name is Natasha and I’m one of the 100 Days to Summer Countdown Motivating Mums and I have lost 27kgs with Lose Baby Weight.
I can’t believe that we are already 3 weeks into the countdown and before we know it summer will be here.

I’ve set a few goals for myself during this countdown to help me reach my goal weight and also keep myself motivated during this time. My days don’t always go as planned but I always tell myself “A short workout is better than no workout “

  • Having a Healthy Mummy smoothie for breakfast every morning
  • Doing two to three segments of the Lose Baby Weight DVD daily
  • Drinking 2L to 3L of water a day
  • Doing a 5K walk every Saturday
  • At least 30min on my cross trainer every second day

My current weight is 84.4kg and my ultimate goal weight is 75kg but I will review my weight at 80kg. I’ve been using the Healthy Mummy Smoothies, Lose Baby Weight DVD and 28 Day Challenge.
I’ve been a 28 Day Challenge member for nine months and to date have lost 27kg and gained so much more confidence with my fitness level.

My 12year old daughter and I will be doing a 5K charity walk next week. My daughter is very athletic and this is a very proud moment for me to join her on her first big walk.
I’m starting aqua aerobics this week. . My ultimate fitness goal is to be able to run by the end of the 100 days. As soon as daylight savings starts I will be working towards this goal. I’ll keep you posted on the aqua classes and running in my next blog.
Lose Baby Weight has really taught me that the sky’s the limit and anything is possible if you put your heart and mind to it.
