Motivating Mum Eleanor Hannah has lost over 35kg following the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating plans. Eleanor is now pregnant with her 4th baby and is sharing her healthy pregnancy with us all.

“Hi my names Eleanor, I have been using Lose Baby Weight and Healthy Mummy Products for over 2 years now and lost 35kgs since having my 3rd baby. Well now I am almost 27 weeks pregnant with number 4.
I haven’t been able to exercise as much as I would have liked to due to very low iron and after an iron infusion I’m feeling great again so I am getting back into it . Not being able to be as physically active as I have been for the last 2 years has felt very odd and I have missed it alot, so I am going to be easing myself back into it this month 🙂
Due to being pregnant I have added 300 cal to my calorie intake a day using the awesome BMR Calculator on the Lose Baby Weight Website.
As I signed up for the Membership for the awesome 28 Day Challenge I have access to July and September’s challenge which has an amazing daily exercise program and I will be doing those exercises adjusting some of them to pregnancy. I will also be doing the very cool Octstandber Challenge.
Plus I want to start walking again with using my spin bike on rainy days. I really want to end this pregnancy feeling fit and healthy again and I’ll need to be running after 4 kids haha.
I love the Healthy Mummy Smoothies so will be incorporating those into my daily calories as well.
So today starts my 3 month challenge to exercise more and make sure I’m eating regularly again, my last pregnancy I was pretty unhealthy and after I found Lose Baby Weight I vowed never to be that unhealthy again!!
I’m not wanting to use this pregnancy as an excuse to go back to my old ways and have to lose the 35 kgs all over again, so over the next 3 months I’ll be measuring myself everywhere except my belly for obvious reasons and hoping to get some good results. I’m not at all wanting to lose weight as such I’ve put around 9 kilos so far and because I was still a little overweight to begin with I’m hoping to stay around the same as I am now. I also have talked to my doctor about this too.
