Motivating Mum Dee Drew has lost an amazing 16kgs with Lose Baby Weight and shares her mid month blog.
I’ve had a great couple of weeks, and have been quite excited about trying out a few of the recipes from the 28 Day Diet and Exercise book as well as the Guilt Free Chocolate book.
I’m not usually a big person for baking and cooking, but I’ve embraced it and am so glad that I did. It’s been great for myself and my 1 year old to have healthy treats and meals ready especially for the days when we’re out and about, busy!!
This month I am just over 1kg down taking me to 64kg and getting sooo close to my goal weight! The shirt in my before picture used to be skin tight on me just a few months ago, and as you can see it’s now loose.
I’m looking forward to my bridesmaid dress fitting in just 2 weeks time, rather than dreading it like I was 6 months ago.
