I’ve been with Lose Baby Weight since December 2014 and I have just reached one of my main goals which is a 20kg weight loss.
I could not have done this without the help of the smoothies and the 28 Day Challenges as the meal plans keep me organised and on track! I absolutely love having the smoothies for breakfast as they give me so much energy to start the day and help me to function well. Before Lose Baby Weight I used to skip breakfast.
I am just 2.5kg’s short of my next goal to reach 75kg’s which before Lose Baby Weight I never would have thought was possible, but it is and I am so excited to be so close to maintaining my weight. I have recently come out of a plateau that lasted for approx 2 months where my weight wasn’t moving by reassessing my ways.
The main things that helped me break out of my plateau were:
- Stop snacking on my children’s leftover meals and snacks
- Make sure I am drinking a minimum 2 litres of water each day
- Add an extra walk in here and there and be more active on the weekends
- Remember to put myself first!
As soon I incorporated these steps into my day I started losing weight again and regained my focus.
I have another 10 to 12 kg’s to lose until I get to my final goal and I know that I can do it with the support of the Lose Baby Weight Support group and 28 Day Challenges.
I feel like a huge weight has lifted off my shoulders (literally!) by finding the right way to live a healthy lifestyle and that’s what Lose Baby Weight teaches.
It’s not a fad diet, it’s not a bandwagon and it’s not a ‘shake diet’, it is simply teaching you how to have a healthy lifestyle and enjoy life which is what I can now do.
