Can you believe that we are halfway through June!!
It’s been fun cooking new recipes from the 28 day challenge – I just loved the chicken with lentils and sage. I think I could have that everyday and the simplicity of the salmon on sweet potato mash.
Foods can be comforting and nourishing at the same time!
I’ve been playing with my smoothie recipes and having fun with making new combinations.
The DVD has been great and I’ve even fitted in some challenge exercises.
Excuse my bedhead in the photo – the top is a medium (thanks Lauren) so I reckon a 12 and the jeans in the before pic are a size 20.
Total weight loss so far 18kg. My thighs and arms need work but that will come with time and dedication!!
Feeling good with how far I have come and really going to try to step it up for the last fortnight before I get on the plane. Tick tock!
