Hi my name is Adel and I have lost 22.5kg with Lose Baby Weight.
I started with Lose Baby Weight in October 2014 weighing in at 85.4kg and to date have lost 22.5kg.  My current weight is 62.1kg and my goal is currently somewhere between 55 – 60kg.

Over the past couple of months I have been concentrating on toning and building muscle, my weight loss in kilos has slowed dramatically.  I’m OK with this as I realise that as I get closer to my goal this will happen.
One of the most important changes I have made over the past 10+ months is how to care for my body inside and out.
Lose Baby Weight has given me the tools to adjust my eating habits, exercise daily and as an added bonus my skin, hair and self-confidence are the best they have been in a long time.
The 28 Day Challenge is perfect for my busy lifestyle as a working mummy of two very active children.
Being able to customise the weekly meal planner to suit our budget and preferences has saved me lots of time making separate meals for everyone in the family.  We now all eat the same healthy meals and snacks daily and everyone is much healthier and happier.

The Healthy Mummy Smoothies are also a hit in our house making for a nutritious, yummy alternative as a fast breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner.
My favourite combination is the banana oat buster and you can never go past the Sneaky Snickers Smoothie – YUM.
Like many mummies a busy schedule left me struggling to find the time to exercise, not with Lose Baby Weight the Healthy Mummy Exercise DVD and the challenge exercises have slotted into my day in just 10 minutes increments.
My work colleagues, hubby, children and friends often witness me doing a quick 10 squats or push-ups.  I now venture outdoors on my lunch break for a brisk walk and most recently joined an Acquapole class and dance classes.
As we are now into the 100 Days till Summer I am hoping to be able to venture out with my personal styling and no longer hide behind frumpy oversized shirts and tops – sound familiar!!!
Lose Baby Weight has given me the gift of feeling confident in myself and I now look forward to going shopping for a pretty dress, stylish shorts, tank tops and possibly a bikini (haven’t worn one of these since I was 15).
