Hi, my name is Monique and I’m your Inspirational Mum To Be for July.
I’m a mum of 3 children, soon to be 4 in a short while, and 2 angel babies.
I’ve been a 28 Day Challenge member for 2 years now. I love using the meal plans, and the new ideas for meals and snacks each month.
I also use the Healthy Mummy Smoothies as a meal if I’m short on time, or as a quick snack option. The pregnancy smoothies are amazing at giving me that extra energy I need when I’m feeling tired.
Since getting pregnant, I’ve aimed to keep as active as possible, some days it’s a decent walk. Other days, I do a couple of youtube fitness videos. Some days I just take it easy, because that’s what my body needs.

I want to make sure that I am, by being accountable to you lovely ladies in this group.
