Hi Lose Baby Weight,
I started on the healthy mummy smoothies about 7 weeks ago, weighing
in at 62 kilos, wearing a size 12.
I have cereal for breakfast, fruit for a healthy eating snack, a healthy mummy smoothie for lunch, healthy snacks in the afternoon and
usual a healthy dinner.
I go for a 30 min walk, or use my tread mill everyday and doing the Lose Baby Weight 10,000 steps challenge has really helped me with motivation – although I can only get to 5,000 steps, but I will keep trying.
I am now a size 10 weighing in at 58 kilos, my goal is 55 kilos, and able
to wear a size 8 again which is my pre pregnancy size.
I hoping I will get there by December.
