Ingredients
White Layer
- 200ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Ice
- 1/4 avocado
- Handful spinach
- 1tsp mint extract
- 1tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 100ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Method
- Place all of your white layer ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 2-3 mins and then poor into your glass.
- Next add your green layer ingredients into the blender (no need to rinse) and blend on high for 2-3 mins, then poor over the white layer and ENJOY!
