Lose Baby Weight- Choc Mint Smoothie


  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix 
  • 1.5 Tbsp of cacao nibs mixed through and some for on top
  • A few drops of peppermint essence
  • Lots of ice 


  • Place all ingredients in blender, make sure you save 1/2 tbsp cacao nibs for the top of your smoothie
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins, it is important to blend your smoothie for a good amount of time so that the wholefoods in the smoothie mix can breakdown
  • Tip into your favourite glass or jar and sprinkle remaining cacao nibs on top
  • Enjoy!
