Hello fellow pregnant mummies,
I am very excited to be an Inspirational Mum To Be for this month!
I am 21 weeks pregnant with my 3rd beautiful baby.
Here is my journey in a nutshell
I run my own business, have a horse property, and have two beautiful daughters Layla 6 and Millie 3.
I have learned that incidental exercise when you’re busy is an awesome way to keep fit during pregnancy.
I choose to walk up the hills with a wheelbarrow and hay 6 times every day to keep me fit.
I choose to park the car and walk to get my girls instead of kiss and drop.
I have also learned fruit and veg is key to keeping energy levels up as well as the AMAZING Healthy Mummy Pregnancy Smoothies.
The Healthy Mummy is such a great space for all of us to keep motivated on the mummy to be journey.
I hope some of the things I will share will help you feel great and healthy during your own journey. Eating healthy, following the Healthy Mummy plans and talking to each other only helps us to feel great about our own journey.
