- The Healthy Mummy is a content, commerce and community business which places it customer as number 1.
- The business includes a heavy digital footprint running on 2 websites (www.losebabweight.com.au) and (www.healthymummy.com) and a soon to be launched website.
- It has a heavy social media presence with over 450,000 mums which includes FB pages, FB groups, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat.
- It also has a strong offline presence with 80 Healthy Mummy Consultants and 30 Fitness Trainers Nationally.
- It is a fast growing business and is looking for new staff members to be part of the growth in 2016.
The candidate must have the passion and desire to make a difference and also have a genuine interest in health, food or fitness.
Marketing & Sales Co-ordinator Position
The job roles involves
- Implenting email campaigns
- Implementing Facebook advertising
- Implementing Google ad campaigns
- Implementing content marketing strategies on social media and the websites
- Working across all business assets including the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge & Healthy Mummy Smoothies
- Working with the Digital Communications & Sales Manager and Business Manager
The person must
- Have experience of working within sales and marketing
- Be able to use email marketing systems
- Be able to demonstrate a results driven track record
- Have a passion for achieving results
- Be innovative and quick to learn
- Be self motivated and good to work with
- Want to make a difference in a small but fast growing company
- Have high energy and a drive to succeed
Experience required
- Previous experience working in the digital space
- Previous experience with email marketing systems
- Previous experience with setting FB and Google ads
- Previous experience working on a multi layered social brand

- Have experience of working within PR/Communications/Partnerships
- Be fully analytical with all implementation

- Working closely with the content team with creative opportunities

- Working with the Business Manager
The person must
- Have experience of sales
- Have a proven track record of being a successful sales executive
- Have a passion for achieving results
- Be innovative and quick to learn
- Be self motivated and good to work with

- Have high energy and a drive to succeed
Experience required
- Previous experience working the direct selling space
- Excellent phone and face to face selling skills
