Hello there Healthy Mummy’s! My name is Margaret and I have lost over 34kgs with Lose Baby Weight.

I am a very busy mummy to three beautiful children.  We have a daughter who is 8 years old and two sons, a nearly 6 year old with high functioning autism and a 3 year old.  I guess you could say they keep me on my toes, just a bit.

As I have always put everyone else’s interests ahead of my own, my weight began to spiral out of control.
Until one day, I was introduced to Lose Baby Weight and The Healthy Mummy by a dear friend of mine.
I jumped on the scales that day and weighed myself, I remember standing there looking at my feet (which I struggled to see) and began to sob to myself.  The numbers that showed up on those scales were numbers that I have vowed to never see ever again in my life.
A massive 132kgs!  So many things ran through my head, one thought in particular…. HOW DID I EVER LET THIS HAPPEN?
So, now was my time to change things for me and the bad examples that I set for my children.  ‘August 2014’ was the day I decided to make the change.
